Tender Description
MASC is looking for a contractor to conduct a condition audit of its Kerbs, sealed and unsealed road network, sealed off-street car parks, and guard rails (Optional). The data gathered must be in a format that allows for integration into MASC's asset management system, Assetic.
The asset data collected will serve as the foundation for prioritising maintenance and assisting with future capital works renewal programme development in MyPredictor renewal modelling over the next ten years.
