Junee Shire Council seeks suitably qualified and experienced suppliers to provide a tender for the annual Civil Materials supply below and detailed in the attached documentation.

Materials includes:

• Precast Concrete Products

• Gravel

• Brinder

• Aggregates

• Sand

• Concrete

The materials are to conform to all relevant Australian Standards and TfNSW Specifications.

Junee Shire Council reserves the right to increase or reduce the scope of works prior to commencement, and during the works/financial year to meet budgetary obligations.

The contract will be initially signed for one year. Council may extend the agreement up to two occurrences, for another one-year period, based on the assessment outcome of contractor’s/supplier's performance, provision of the appropriate insurances and the rates at the end of each financial year

The successful supplier shall be required to hold and maintain suitable Public Liability insurance, Workers Compensation insurance, and all other relevant insurances.
