Tender Description
The City of Armadale (the Principal), requires the provision of preventative and reactive HVAC maintenance services to ensure all services at Armadale Fitness and Aquatic Centre are maintained to appropriate service standards and Australian Standards.
HVAC maintenance services are to be provided in accordance with the preventative maintenance schedules and Scope of Works
A mandatory briefing to Respondents will be conducted at:

The Respondent is requested to confirm its attendance by no later than 4:00 PM Australian Western Standard Time Thursday 12 September 2024 by contacting the Scott Ashman – procurement@armadale.wa.gov.au
Failure to attend the Request briefing may result in the Offer being ineligible for further consideration.
