Sewage Pump Station Refurbishments

⁠⁠⁠Mackay Regional Council seeking a Contractor to undertake refurbishment works at five (5) Sewage Pump Station (SPS) sites to improve operational safety, meet legislative compliance requirements and to improve facility resilience.

The project involves: replacement of pipework and fittings; replacement of pumps; relining of wet wells; replacement of existing access covers; construction of new pump-out connection points; installation of new vent poles; and access improvements including hardstand areas.

The work is to be conducted at the following sites under separable portions as listed below:

• Separable Portion Part A: Patch Street SPS (PSSA09)
• Separable Portion Part B: Shakespeare Street SPS (PSMC03)
• Separable Portion Part C: Galasheils Street SPS (PSAN16)
• Separable Portion Part D: Broomdykes Drive SPS (PSAN14)
• Separable Portion Part E: Graffunder Street SPS (PSMC12)

A site visit will be held at Sewage Pump Station, Patch Street, Sarina on 17 September 2024 10:00 AM. (a) Attendance at this meeting to discuss the Request for Tender is not mandatory.
