Council invites companies to download RFT documentation and submit a tender for the above-mentioned contract.

The City of Kingston is seeking tenders from suitably qualified contractors for the provision of Security Services, including Alarm Monitoring, Mobile Patrols (both reactive and planned), and guard manpower (both reactive and planned), to ensure the protection of City of Kingston properties and assets.
The City of Kingston has approximately 287 Council-owned buildings which may at any time require Security attendance or monitoring services.
Contractors will be responsible for but not limited to continuous alarm monitoring, immediate and scheduled mobile patrols, and the deployment of security guards in response to incidents or as part of planned protective measures. Eligible contractors must demonstrate proven experience in providing similar services, possess adequate insurance coverage, and comply with local regulations.
All works shall be completed in accordance with the documents provided in the Specification and Schedule of Attachments.
