The Department of Environment, Science and Innovation, Queensland Parks and Wildlife Service and Partnerships (QPWS&P) invites suitably qualified and experienced suppliers to submit Expression of Interest (EOI) submissions for DES1242459 - EOI Settlement Picnic Area & Purling Brook Causeway, Lookouts and Walking Track Upgrade (Springbrook NP).

QPWS&P is inviting suitably qualified and experienced suppliers to submit proposals to assume the role of a Principal Consultant to provide Detailed Design, Tender and For Construction documentation for the Settlement Picnic Area & Purling Brook Causeway, Lookouts and Walking Track project. The Settlement Picnic Area & Purling Brook Causeway, Lookouts and Walking Track Concept Designs will serve as the foundation to the Detailed Design, Tender and For Construction documentation.

This Expression of Interest (EOI) is the first stage of a multistage procurement process. A response to this EOI does not constitute a formal offer from which QPWS&P could enter directly into a contract. Respondents to the EOI will be evaluated and shortlisted based on the Evaluation Criteria contained in the Expression of Interest document. Shortlisted respondents will have the opportunity to progress to a restricted tender process, at the sole discretion of QPWS&P.
