- Provision of professional electrical engineering services under a panel arrangement for Queensland Rail Limited
Instructions to Tenderers
Tenderers who wish to access the tender documents must have an SAP Ariba network account and register the account to do business with Queensland Rail to enable visibility of the tenderer's Ariba profile. To register, tenderers should refer to the attached Ariba guides.
Tenderers must also register interest by emailing the Contact Officer at simon.clark@qr.com.au, providing the following details:
- Name of tendering organisation
- Ariba Network ID (ANID)
- Name of tender representative
- Email address used to log into SAP Ariba
Queensland Rail only accepts tender responses submitted via the Ariba Sourcing System.
For this Tender (QRP-26-20), the information uploaded on Vendor Panel is not all the tender information, however it is enough information for interested tenderers to determine whether the scope of works is suitable for their company profile. If a company is interested, it should follow the registration steps set out above.
Ariba Sourcing, Queensland Rail's tendering system, is the only tendering tool that tenderers must use to submit their responses. Queensland Rail will not accept any physical responses or responses submitted via the Vendor Panel website.
