Manningham Council is seeking tenders from experienced consultants for Architectural & Sub-Consultancy Services for Feasibility Studies & Development of Concept Design for the below sites:

• Serpells Reserve Satellite New Pavilion
• Timber Reserve Pavilion Redevelopment
• Wonga Park Reserve (East) Pavilion Redevelopment

A site visit has been scheduled on Wednesday 11 September, commencing at Timber Reserve Pavilion at 10am.

The scope of services is stated in the attached documentation.

Any questions about this tender should be submitted through the "Question Forum". The cut off time for questions is three (3) business days prior to the closing date.

The lowest or any quotation may not necessarily be accepted and any action or contact that may be considered as an attempt to influence a decision of Councillors or Staff shall disqualify the relevant tenderer.

Faxed, emailed, hard copy or verbal quotations will not be considered.
