Tender Description
The Contractor is engaged to undertake the construction of a 2 Lot Subdivision at 9 (Lot 2251) Brabourne Street, Maddington.
The detailed requirements for the Works are set out in Appendix 1 (Technical Specification).
Works include:
- Construction of two (2) residential Lots, including:
- Earthworks
- Common property roads
- Drainage
- Retaining walls
- Fencing
- All associated service infrastructure
The following works are excluded from the scope:
- Relocation of existing services (Unless specifically noted on the plans)
The Works include leaving the Site in a good condition, and to the satisfaction of the Principal, in accordance with the Contract.
No site meeting or tender briefing will be held.
