Tenders from registered and reputable accounting firms

Due to the end of current term of our Auditors, Country Home Services invite tenders from registered and reputable accounting firms for the following services:

• Annual audit of Country Home services to action the following:

• Have the power to call for all books, papers, records, vouchers and documents belonging to the Association; and

• Submit a report on the financial operations of the Association at the next Annual General Meeting; and

• Meet independently from employees of the Association with Board;

Any person or body appointed by the Board of the Association as an Auditor shall be subject to the requirements of the relevant Act and must not be a member of the Board of the Association and must not have a relationship with the CEO.

All tenders will be confidentially discussed within the Board of Management meeting and then at its first meeting following the Annual General Meeting, the Board of the Association shall appoint an auditor.
