⁠⁠⁠Expression of Interest (EOI) - Tenancy at 54 Pinnacle Crescent, Brookfield

Melton City Council invites EOIs to gain a more detailed understanding of the suitable interest in leasing the premises known as 54 Pinnacle Crescent, Brookfield (“the premises”).

EOIs are invited from those that may wish to lease the premises. Tenancies could include (but are not limited to) community services, disability providers, health providers, showrooms, accommodation, residential facilities or office space. Planning permits, building permits, or other approval processes may be required.
