The provision of routine and reactive cleaning services and consumables

⁠⁠⁠The City of Subiaco invites tenders from suitably qualified and experienced cleaning contractors to supply the goods or services (or both, where applicable) in accordance with the Specifications.

Tenders can be submitted online via the City's Tendering Portal or be placed in the Tender Box situated in the foyer of the Customer Service Centre, 388 Hay Street, Subiaco.

Tenders must be received on or before 2.00PM (AWST), 18 Sep 2024. Further information can be obtained by contacting Kurt Mudford on phone 08 9237 9216.

Tenders submitted by facsimile or e-mail will not be accepted. All or any Tender may not necessarily be accepted. Canvassing of Councillors or City officers will automatically disqualify any Tenderer.
