This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
ASIC has decommissioned the Remedy application which was used for case management. However , the business will need access to the attachments that were in the remedy application in case they are required by court or Freedom Of Information (FOI) request.
Currently the Remedy attachments are in encrypted format so we can not easily extract them out of the database.
Purpose
This is to get a consultancy firm to help ASIC with the extraction of case attachments from the Remedy application which we have decommissioned.
The consultancy firm (Deploypartners Pty Ltd) has been identified to have experience in Remedy and will help us extract all those attachments using Remedy API and will place them in Sharepoint so that Various ASIC businesses can access them if required.
The scope of work is to:
1- Extract all Remedy case attachments at once.
2- Place all the attachments in Sharepoint at once.
3- Turn off the extraction method.
