• construction of single-story learning neighbourhood building. 1,307m2
• refurbish and upgrade heritage convent building. 2,792m2
• associated external works. 27,260m2

The total approx. value (ex. GST) of work is $30-35M.

Contractors with relevant experience are required to be Registered Building Practitioners, with insurances, accreditations and financial capacity for projects not less than this value.
