Tender Description
The Australian Border Force (ABF) is required by legislation and in the course of its duties to seize and destroy a wide range of goods. Along with seized goods, the ABF also receives surrendered and abandoned goods. These goods must be destroyed or disposed irreversibly so that they cannot be reconstituted or otherwise used for their original purpose.
To support the ABF’s ongoing requirement for destruction and disposal services, a new nationally managed destruction and disposal contract is sought. A nationally managed destruction and disposal service arrangement will streamline and standardise requests for destruction services, invoicing/payment and improve value for money outcomes.

The completed Registration Form must be lodged by emailing the Contact Officer at TCS@homeaffairs.gov.au, on or before 2pm on 21 May 2025, Canberra ACT local time.
Conditions for Participation:
Completion of the Registration Form process for the provision of the Expression of Interest documentation. The Respondent must exist as a legal entity at the ATM Closing Date and Time.
Timeframe for Delivery:
Estimated service start date 1 July 2026.
