Tender Description
Tamworth Regional Council is seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced independent representatives who would like to be considered for appointment as members on Council's panel of Conduct Reviewers.
Pursuant to the Procedures for the Administration of the Model Code of Conduct, each Council is required to establish a panel of Conduct Reviewers to inquire into reported breaches of their Code by their Mayor, Councillors or General Manager.
Expressions of Interest close at 11:00am, Thursday, 12 September 2024, and must be lodged electronically. Please note that the lowest or any offer may not necessarily be accepted. Canvassing or lobbying for the purpose of attempting to influence the impartial performance of the duty of Councillors and Council staff will result in disqualification of the Expression of Interest.
