Tender Description
South Waikato District Council (SWDC) wish to identify a preferred supplier for an Early Contractor Involvement agreement for design input and construction of the Tokoroa Indoor Heated Swimming Pools Upgrade.
It’s proposed the pool upgrades will be delivered in a single-phase project, The project is currently in developed design and SWDC is now looking to engage a contractor to provide a design review, constructability advice and lead the delivery of the construction.
This is an ROI for Early Contractor Involvement services. Subject to SWDC approval and based on the performance of the ECI contractor, SWDC will negotiate and award the construction contract, using on an open book negotiation and price validation process.
