Tender Description
Sutherland Shire Council is seeking to partner with a suitably qualified and experienced organisation to assist Council to develop an Events & Activation Plan.
The plan is to provide a vision and framework for the next 5 years of event delivery by Council and third parties, ensuring decisions and future directions are informed.
Council's approach to the Market is a Two Step process.
Step 1: - this EOI to the Market.

Step 2: Detailed Request for Quote
DetailsThe request consists of two components.
1. The successful consultant to the Request for Quote will be required to provide a Consultation Report based on engagement with key stakeholders, internal and external, community and businesses. The Consultation Report is expected to inform Council what events the community and stakeholders will support, where they should be held and Councils role in delivering events.
2. From the Consultation Report, an Events & Activations Plan, that is aligned with Council Strategic Plans (Community Strategic Plan & Cultural Strategy), will be required to outline the strategic framework for event delivery. The Events & Activation Plan will guide the delivery and style of events as supported by Council resulting in a cohesive calendar of events, the resources required, identify opportunities to increase visitation, support the nighttime economy and economic growth.
