Tender Description
The Agency’s requirements are split into three (3) packages, consisting of:
Package 1 - Bespoke Furniture, Workstations and Marketing Products
Package 2 - Loose Furniture; and
Package 3 - Supply and Delivery and Placement of Chairs (sled based chairs, drafting chairs & task chairs).

Industry Briefing
The Agency will hold an optional industray briefing through Microsoft Teams for Registered Tenderers. The purpose of this briefing is to clarify the Agency's objectives and priorities for this RFT and to respond to any questions arising out of this RFT process.

Conditions for Participation:
1. The Tenderer holds all Valid and Satisfactory Statements of Tax Record required for its entity type.
Note to Tenderers: Depending on their entity type, some Tenderers may need to apply for multiple Statements of Tax Record. Further information about this is available at https://www.ato.gov.au/business/bus/statement-of-tax-record/
2. The Tenderer holds all Valid and Satisfactory Statements of Tax Record required for the entity type of any first tier subcontractor that it proposes, as part of its Tender, to engage to deliver the Requirement as part of a Deed of Standing Offer arrangement resulting from a procurement with an estimated value of $4 million or more (GST inclusive); and
Note to Tenderers: Tenderers should apply for a Statement of Tax Record and should ensure that their subcontractors apply for a Statement of Tax Record within sufficient time to meet these Conditions for Participation. 3. The Tenderer must offer to provide the Requirement to other Commonwealth Entities in accordance with clause 12.4 of the RFT.

Tenders must be lodged and completed electronically via AusTender in the Electronic Tender Box before the Closing Time and in accordance with the Tender lodgement procedures set out in Part 2 of the RFT and on AusTender
