Design Consultancy - Kings Beach Life Saving Facility

Sunshine Coast Council is seeking to engage an experienced Architect as a Principal Consultant to lead and coordinate a multidisciplinary team to carry out a design development for the Kings Beach Surf Life Saving (SLS) facility, located at Ormonde Terrace Kings Beach, Caloundra.

Under this consultancy, the Principal Consultant will lead and coordinate a multidisciplinary team to develop designs for the SLS facility, a freestanding lifeguard tower, and surrounding landscape. Additionally, they will specify an interim arrangement for the lifeguard tower and storage facility to ensure continuity of services for Surf Life Saving Queensland (SLSQ) and Metropolitan-Caloundra Surf Life Saving Club (METS) during the demolition and construction phases.
