Tender Description
The purpose of this rectification work is to make the reservoir serviceable, extend the design life of the reservoir for an additional 25 years.
Design and construction of remediation works, implementing recommended rectification techniques provided by the consultant SRG Global, to address identified issues effectively.
Provide 80% and 100% design documentation prior to commencing remediation works. Make the reservoir watertight by removing leaks, efflorescence, and applying protective coatings both inside and outside. Also, tighten the roof structure connection bolts. Ensure adherence to rigorous quality assurance measures throughout all stages of the project to maintain compliance with specifications and standards.
Provide comprehensive documentation of all activities performed, including site assessments, work progress, and quality control measures. Adhering to proposed timelines for project, ensuring timely delivery of the rectification works.
Delivery of completed rectification works, detailed reports, and necessary certifications within the specified timeframe to demonstrate achievement of project objectives.
