⁠⁠⁠PURPOSE: PROVISION OF SERVICES TO UNDERTAKE THE REMOVAL OF EXISTING CATTLE GRID & CONSTRUCTION OF PRECAST CULVERT INCL. ASSOCIATED WORKS AT THE DETERMINED LOCATIONS ALONG EUROMEDAH ROAD NARROMINE

INVITATION: Any person willing to fulfil the requirements of the proposed contract is invited to submit a quotation to the Council by the deadline of 4.00 pm AEDT 6TH August 2024.

TENDERERS TO NOTE: In the preparation and submission of the tender and without limiting the Tenderer's obligations, the Tenderer shall:

- submit a tender which includes all Schedules including the Tenderer's Declaration Schedule and any other declaration required completely filled in and signed, together with any other documents, information and details necessary to make the tender complete;

- not submit a tender without a firm intention to proceed;

- not engage in any form of collusive practice;

- not directly or indirectly canvass support from an elected member or employee of Council at any time.

SUBMISSIONS: Completed responses can be lodged via the electronic tender box (preferred) and must use the attached version of Tender Schedules, Tender Addenda (if applicable) and other required submission documents.

All completed submissions lodged in the Electronic Tender Box MUST be in PDF FORMAT and submitted as ONE (1) complete document unless otherwise specified in the Tender document. Tenders that do not follow this requirement will be regarded as non-conforming Tenders AND MAY NOT BE ACCEPTED.

Completed Electronic Tender Box Submissions will receive a Successful Submission Receipt timed and dated upon completion.
