Monash University's eSolutions department is seeking preferred suppliers for comprehensive logistical services. This includes the configuration management and disposition of IT equipment, ensuring secure data destruction and environmentally responsible recycling in compliance with industry regulations. Furthermore, specialised logistical support for computer labs and eAssessments is crucial to maintain the seamless operation of educational facilities.
The scope includes services from pre-deployment (START OF LIFE configuration services) to end-of-life disposal of obsolete devices and e-waste.
Notably, it does not cover the procurement of End User devices.
