Tender Description
Procure education services for a NSW Government program focusing on dog safety for preschool and school-aged children (3-8 years) and new expectant families.
Project goals
The aim of the project is to reach children and expectant families in the target audiences focusing on the following key messages:
· how to be safe around dogs;
· the importance of being a responsible pet owner.
· how to be a responsible pet owner
· the role of pets in the community

Scope
The project is to deliver:
· a school-based learning program, designed to reach a target audience of 3- to 8-year-olds focusing on RPO messaging.
· An antenatal program designed to be delivered by antenatal educators supplemented by training materials for use by antenatal educators.
· All educational, marketing, and promotional material to deliver these programs.
· an annual report providing quantitative and qualitative data that demonstrates the impact of each of the programs.
