Tender Description
Redland City Council is seeking tender submissions for a Principal Contractor for the construction of a new sewer rising main to replace the existing.
The proposed works are inclusive of but not limited to:
- Replacement of 795m of existing DN200 uPVC pipe, with a new pipe material, comprising of open-trenching methods;
- Final certified RPEQ design drawings, construction specification and associated documents;
- Upgrade works of existing SPS 112 Pump Station.

Site Visit
A site visit will be held at Point Talburpin Park, Corner of Phillip Street and McWilliam Street , Redland Bay, Redland City at 25 Jul, 2024 10:00 AM .
Attendance at the briefing is a pre-requisite to submission and consideration of a bid.
