Tender Description
The Principal invites the Tenderer to submit a Tender for the provision of the Services for the Business Process Management initiative.
Melton City Council is embarking on an enterprise-wide Transformation Program and a key initiative within this is to conduct a Business Process Management program. This program is critical as it will be a key enabler in establishing standardised core processes and journey maps while uplifting the organisation’s maturity in CX and the Voice of the Customer.
