The Bank plans to establish a preferred panel arrangement with select suppliers capable to cover common Technical Training Programs (Training Programs) (face to face, blended and remote) required across certain job roles and levels of staff.

This panel will support training for IT Technical skills, Portfolio Delivery, Agile (including Agile Coaching), and Data Technical skills. On demand learning is also of interest for IT and Data Technical skills.

Conditions for Participation:

1. The Respondent exists as a legal entity at the Closing Time

2. The Proposal must include a completed and signed Response Deed

3. The Respondent lodges the Response, including all RFP Schedules, on or before the Closing Time

4. The Respondent declares it does not have any unpaid claims in respect of judicial decisions relating to employee entitlements

5. The Respondent must not be listed as a non-compliant employer under the Workplace Gender Equality Act 2012 (Cth)

6. The Respondent is not one of the entities listed as terrorists or subject to sanctions

7. If the Proposal includes training, that training, remote or face-to-face, must be hosted between working hours (7am-7pm) Sydney time on NSW business days

8. If the Proposal includes training hosted at a supplier offsite facility, the Proposal must offer at least one facility for that training located within Sydney Metropolitan Area (defined as council areas Sydney, Inner West, Woollahra, Waverly, Randwick, Bayside, Canterbury Bankstown, Strathfield, Burwood, Canada Bay, City of Parramatta, Ryde, Hunters Hill, Lane Cove, North Sydney, Willoughby, Mosman as per Local Government Area Boundaries and Mapping Information - Office of Local Government NSW.)

9. (a) For each panel segment within the Learning Catalogue that the Respondent is responding for, the Proposal must offer to provide at least 50% of the training courses marked as “Required” within that panel segment in the Learning Catalogue (Requirements Response Sheet – Learning Catalogue – Column C Training Name, Column G priority). To calculate 50% of “Required” training courses in a panel segment, count the number of rows within a panel segment that are listed as “Required” in Column G, and divide by two.

10 .(b) On Demand Learning requirements are all optional to respond to, after satisfying the above requirement

11. (c) When responding to multiple segments, providing at least 50% of “Required” training courses in a panel segment (or training courses in the On Demand panel segment) is mandatory only for one of those segments offered in the Proposal

12. (d) This Condition for Participation does not apply to Agile coaching

13. If the Proposal offers to provide Bank attendees with a Relevant Certification relating to a training course in the Learning Catalogue, the Respondent is accredited, licensed, or otherwise officially affiliated with the governing body of the Relevant Certification (e.g. respondents provisioning Microsoft training are a Microsoft Learning Partner). (Requirements Response Sheet – Learning Catalogue – Column E Aligned Industry Framework / Certification & F Relevant Certification). Note: The Respondent must provide proof in the Proposal of that accreditation, license, partnership, or affiliation

14. If the Proposal includes Agile coaching, that Proposal must offer coaching face to face at one of the Sydney Bank Head Office locations (8 Chifley Square, 65 Martin Place)

15. The Respondent complies with mandatory service requirements

Timeframe for Delivery:

The Enterprise training panel is proposed to be implemented by 30 July 2025.
