Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Council wishes to engage a suitably qualified consultant to create the Broken Hill City Art Gallery four-year Strategic Business Plan 2025 - 2028.

Respondents will be required to demonstrate in their Quotation that they have the necessary resources, skills, experience, financial capacity, insurances, licenses and accreditations, to fulfil the Request for Quotation requirements.

The following details the program to be followed for the delivery of the Broken Hill City Art Gallery four-year Strategic Business Plan (2025-2028):

  • Call for Quotations - 8th July 2024
  • Award contract and preparations for work - 28th July 2024
  • Research and consultation (including site visit) - August 2024
  • Draft sections and full draft Strategic Business Plan - September 2024
  • Finalised Strategic Business Plan - 1st October 2024

*This process will include site visit/s and workshop/s.
