The Contractor shall furnish all material, plant, temporary works, labour, and equipment required to complete the Sewer Pump Station as detailed in the RFT documents. The pump station is situated in the Peka Industrial Park, Rotorua. The design also requires the supply and installation of prefabricated Fibreglass wet well complete with sealable lid and railings and including all the internal pipework and accessories as described in the drawings and in the specification for ready pumps installation. Two prefabricated fibreglass emergency storage tanks are required complete with lid and other accessories. Contractors are required to complete all other work indicated, described or implied on any of the Drawings, in the General or Special Conditions of Contract, or in this Specification.

The work in this Contract is situated within the new Peka Industrial Park development and can be accessed from SH 5.

The Peka Industrial Park development is currently under construction by others and will remain 'under construction' during the currency of this Contract. The Contractor shall cooperate with the main contractor of the Peka Industrial Park development (McPherson Contractors Ltd) to ensure health and safety on both contracts.
