Tender Description
South Westland Area School is located in Hari Hari on the West Coast of the South Island.
- This project will see the reclad of the school's B & F blocks, currently cladd with Asbestos. The reclad will use cavity wall construction complete with new insulation and aluminum joinery.
- The construction of a large timber deck also forms part of the scope works.
- The removal of asbestos is restricted to school holiday times only. Contractors that can not meet the keys dates provided for that activity should not tender for this project.
- The project will take several months to undertake. Contractors will need to arrange their own local accommodation.
