Intensive School Support Panel
Tender ID: 560888
Tender Details
Tender Description
The 2024-25 Victorian State Budget has provided funding for an Intensive School Support initiative (ISS) to assist up to 225 schools facing complex circumstances and needing further support to improve. The ISS will provide customised and direct intervention to support schools facing complex circumstances or requiring surge capacity due to natural disaster or another crisis.
The Department of Education (Department) wishes to advise that it is considering an approach to the open market to engage a panel of School Improvement Experts for a period from December 2024 to June 2027 to undertake a diagnostic assessment for selected schools.
Please note that Department employees cannot be appointed to the panel, unless they cease employment prior to being awarded a contract.
Based on preliminary planning, we believe that the Victorian Government’s Fair Jobs Code (FJC) may apply to this market approach as a standing offer arrangement. All suppliers wishing to submit a response must hold an FJC Pre-Assessment Certificate or evidence of not being required. Pre-assessment certification
The Department strongly encourages all suppliers to seek certification well in advance of the release of market documentation, as the certification process may take up to 30 business days if deemed necessary. For more information on the FJC and the certification process, please refer to Fair Jobs Code or contact the Fair Jobs Code Unit, Department of Jobs, Skills, Industry and Regions.
