Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠The City seeks submissions from competent contractors to supply, install and commission the Sutherlands Park Youth Entertainment Space (YES) Electrical Works including Power Upgrade works at Sutherlands Park in Huntingdale, Western Australia.

The main construction documentation for the Youth Entertainment Space has been prepared by PLAYCE Pty Ltd - Design Consultant. Norman Disney Young (NDY) was engaged by PLAYCE to prepare the electrical documentation for the Youth Entertainment Space and Pump Track.

Focus WA Consulting were appointed by the City to complete the Power Upgrade works for the entire site as part of the wider Sutherlands Park LED sports lighting projects in consultation with NDY, PLAYCE and the City.

The detailed requirements for the three separable portions of work are detailed in the Scope of Works found in Section 3.1 of the Construct Only Contract document.

Works include liaison and coordination with two incumbent contractors appointed via tender including:

Action Sheds (Tender 15/2023) who are overseeing the shelter design and installation.
Construction contractor (Tender 05/2024) to be appointed via tender at the OCM on 9 July 2024.
