Tender Description
Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Department of Justice (DOJ) are seeking quotes from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake Combined Evaporative Air-Conditioning & Gas Heater Upgrade at Acacia Prison.
The Work includes but is not limited to:
Replacement of the existing HCV units installed in the following areas on a like for like basis:
- Block E and
- Block G
Refurbishment of the existing HCV units installed in the following areas:
- Block F
- Block I
- Block J
- Block L
- Block M
- Block N (7 off only)
Site Visit
A site visit will be held at Great Eastern Hwy, Wooroloo at 10 Jul, 2024 10:00 AM.
A Mandatory site briefing will be held on Wednesday 10th of July at 10 AM at Acacia Prison.

Tenderers must confirm their attendance at least two days prior, including the full names of those attending. The site briefing will be limited to two attendees from each Bidder. They will be required to bring photo ID, such as a driver’s licence, on the day.
