This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
To ensure the maintenance of a high level of resilience and preparedness, GRDC requires support from a specialist security services provider to deliver proactive and reactive services to cyber security threats. Predominantly, the services provider will provide security monitoring services along with on-hand expertise in the event of an incident to ensure an effective and rapid response – minimizing potential damage or downtime.
Expected outcomes of this procurement activity include:
• Reduced risk/impact from cyber security threats. Early detection of threats through continuous monitoring across the GRDC environment reduces the risk of damage from cyber threats.
• Assurance. Expert advice and validation of best practices across the GRDC environment, including compliance with industry standards and regulations (including ISM / Essential 8).
• Capability enhancement. Having expertise on hand with knowledge of the GRDC environment will allow for a guided and rapid response to security risks and issues.
• Enhanced awareness. Through the delivery of education materials and phishing simulation campaigns, these services will level up GRDC end-user awareness of cyber security.
• Visibility. The service provider will aid GRDC in quantifying its cyber security risks, including through the provision of vulnerability assessments, threat intelligence and actionable reporting.
