Residential Cleaning Service

⁠⁠⁠Dear Prospective Offeror/Quoter:

SUBJECT: Solicitation Number: 19AS2024Q0018

The American Embassy Canberra has a requirement for contractor(s) to provide residential cleaning services for approximately 60 residences located within the ACT; these residences vary in size from 2-bedroom apartments to 5+bedroom townhouses. The Embassy intends to award multiple purchase orders. You are invited to submit a quotation. The Request for Quotations

(RFQ) consists of the following sections:

1. Standard Form SF-1449

2. Basic information, statement of work.

3. Late quotation rules and evaluation method.

You are encouraged to make your quotation competitive. You are also cautioned against any collusion with other potential offerors with regard to price quotations to be submitted. The RFQ does not commit the American Embassy to make any award. The Embassy may cancel this RFQ or any part of it.

All contractors must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to contract award pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals.

Please read the RFQ carefully, and if you are interested, submit your quotation. Return the SF1449 with blocks 12, 17, 23, 24 and 30 completed to cnbgsoprocurement@state.gov. No quotations will be viewed after closing date and time.
