This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The Department of Employment and Workplace Relations (DEWR) is seeking to engage a seller who has the capability to provide VMware Professional Services Credit to support projects where required.
VMware Professional Services will provide VMware resource(s) to work either at VMware offices, customer offices, or remotely (as agreed with the Department) for sixty-five (65) days on a Time and Materials basis across a maximum six (6) month period. This service is expected to comprise sixty (60) days to continue VRA services plus five (5) days on a Time and Materials basis to provide advisory assistance towards VCF upgrades.
The VMware resource(s) will take project, task, and day-to-day direction from the Department of Employment and Workplace Relations project manager. The VMware resource(s) will be, at a minimum, capable of performing the following tasks:
• Assist with Design and Implementation of VCF, NSX and VSAN
• Assist with developing blueprint and automation enhancements to the new platform Assist with provisioning and troubleshooting issues as required
• Assist with knowledge sharing and skills transfer to Department of Employment and Workplace Relations operations team
• Assist with other technical activities relating to the VCF suite and VMC on AWS as required
• Assist with SaltStack EDC Setup and Configuration
• Assist with developing agreed documentation to support the environment
• Assist with providing weekly updates on work undertaken by the resident.
• Advisory assistance towards VCF5 Upgrades.
• Management of resource scheduling and timesheets.
