Supply of Multifunction Device & Printer Services

⁠⁠⁠Swan Hill Rural City Council is seeking Tenders from suitably qualified suppliers to supply and install a new fleet of multifunction devices and provide managed print services.

The Supplier will have the capacity to allow for an increase or decrease in the number of devices in Council’s fleet to take place, or to amend the type or configuration of the equipment required in line organisational requirements.

The Supplier will ensure that it can supply all the elements a device will require during its lifecycle, such as toner, maintenance kits, etc. The Supplier will ensure that these supplies are provided on a proactive and timely basis, using an automated ordering and delivery process.

The initial term of the contract is a three (3) year period with the option to extend a further two (2) years, which may be exercised at the absolute discretion of Council.
