Garden Organics Processing Preferred Supplier Arrangement

⁠⁠⁠The Principal is seeking to establish a Preferred Supplier Arrangement (PSA) for Garden Organics Processing with suitably experienced, qualified, and equipped providers.

The Request for Tender is a Multiple Panel PSA structure for Garden Organics Processing:

(a) Primary Panel - Primary Service Provider

(b) Supplementary Panel - Supplementary Service Providers

The details regarding the services are detailed in the Specification.

The Specification is included in MBCC-RFT464 Part 2 - Schedule 2 - Specification.

The documents comprising the Request for Tender are, collectively:

(a) Part 1 – This Request for Tender, and

(b) Part 2 – Preferred Supplier Deed, and

(c) Part 3 – Tender Response Schedules, and

(d) Part 4 – Pricing Schedule.

The Tender Response comprising Part 3 & Part 4 of the Request for Tender, including any templates or attachments are to be completed and included in a Tender.

All parts of the Request for Tender must be read and construed together so that all parts are as far as possible consistent.
