Tender Description
City of Palmerston is seeking a suitably qualified contractor to undertake grounds maintenance (mowing) across the municipality.
The contract will be Schedule of Rates for a period of 3 years.
The services required under the Contract will include but not limited to:
- Mowing and slashing of grass within parks, ovals, open drains, verges
- Removal of grass clippings
- Trimming, edging and removal of grass around trees, obstacles, along fence lines, park
- structures, furniture, signs, bollards, and bridges.
- Removal of litter within service area, including branches, palm fronds, litter
- Customer service
- Traffic management
- WH&S and risk management
- Reporting requirements
