Salary Packaging Administration

⁠⁠⁠Phillip Island Nature Parks (Nature Parks) would like to offer salary sacrificing to employees as an incentive to attract and reward staff. It may permit employees to reduce their income tax and pay for certain expenses with their pre-tax salary. Nature Parks is looking to outsources this service.

Nature Parks are looking for a provider with the capacity, capability, experience and infrastructure to administer salary packaging arrangements between the Nature Parks and its employees. This includes but not limited to:

• Personal Superannuation contributions
• Novated motor vehicle leases
• Electronics (Laptops, Computers)
