Tender Description
This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
1. RF Site Survey and Antenna Array Design is to include specifications for the following facility elements;
a. Electrical (earthing, if required), i.e. lightning rod, earthing grid.
b. Lightning safety requirements, i.e. EMP protectors at bulkhead.
c. Safety at heights, i.e. type of fall protection/prevention device(s), anchor points, platforms, balustrades.
2. Site Surveys and Antenna Array Designs at the following locations:
a. HMAS Stirling (x2)
b. RAAF Tindal
c. RAAF Darwin
d. RAAF Amberley
3. RF Design Services for all the sites covering the following:
a. Antenna System Design (Preliminary Tower/Mast for all sites except HMAS Stirling which is a roof mounted configuration)
b. Interface considerations
i. Electrical
ii. Mechanical
iii. Environmental
c. Safety requirements
d. DRSM considerations
e. RF Survey to determine potential noise and interference sources (Covering from HF to L-Band)
f. Confirmation of LOS requirements for required satellites for UHF MILSATCOM
4. Deliverables;
a. High Level Project Plan (including a Schedule to complete the works)
b. Site Survey Reports for the sites identified in the Scope and Antenna Array layout RF Design Services elements through the following artefacts:
i. Site Survey Analysis and Report
ii. Site Drawing Pack (Proposed System Level and Proposed Site Elevation)
