Tender Description

Homes Victoria is seeking an Expression of Interest (EOI) for Design & Construct – Home Builder’s to redevelop 48 new social and affordable housing in Benalla West on land owned by Homes Victoria as part of the Victorian Government’s Big Housing Build.

The Government’s Local Jobs First policy including Major Project Skills Guarantee (MPSG), Social Procurement Framework, Building Equality Policy and Fair Jobs Code apply to this procurement.

Tenderers for this EOI will be shortlisted and contacted prior to tender release in August/September 2024. Contract award is expected by end of 2024.

Homes Victoria reserves its rights to amend its approach, timing and requirements in respect to the contractor procurement process.
