This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The National Police Checking System (NPCS) Fraud Reduction Project is responsible for introducing a new, more secure certificate (in digital and physical forms) for National Police History Checks. The NPCS Support System (NSS) requires the services of an external Supplier for the design of both digital and physical forms, and, potentially secure printing of physical certificates.
