This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The Digital Services Division (DSD) within the Department of Employment and Workplace Relations (DEWR) is responsible for delivering the online customer experience and foundational platforms for the Department of Employment and Workplace Relations (DEWR) and a range of other agencies.
DSD has phased IT delivery to ensure sufficient design and planning is done before development begins. Prior to delivery commencing, DSD establishes Solution Teams for each project that work with business and end users to develop and endorse the design, architecture and project planning documentation needed by business and IT delivery to confirm the target state. This phase is called Pre-Delivery.
DSD is seeking one or more strategic partners (sellers) under a Head Agreement to supplement and augment our Delivery Teams in the Delivery phase across a range of projects. This Head Agreement will be used to support a range of projects across the life of the contract.
The seller will deliver outcomes in a way that aligns with DSD’s prescribed Agile ways of working and ensures knowledge transfer takes place with DSD staff. This knowledge transfer will ensure teams can successfully deliver and iterate the product or service during and after delivery is completed. As part of their proposal, sellers are expected to demonstrate how they will ensure knowledge transfer to APS staff will take place.
