Tender Description
Argana Park, is to be upgraded to provide facilities that support the participants involved in the recreation and sport at this site.
The upgrade includes the following works:
- New change rooms for Soccer and Netball
- Retrofit an existing structure for Storage
- Removal of regulated trees
- Formalizing carparking and associated stormwater
- Increased carparking
- Footpaths throughout the site
- Car park lighting
- Additional Lighting for the AFL oval
- New Synthetic Cricket nets
- Fencing
