Kinder Kits Products Panel

The Department of Education (DE/ Organisation) is seeking to establish a panel of suppliers (Panel Supplier) to provide “Products” (educational toys, activities and books) for Kinder Kits to approximately 80,000 children in 2025, with four one-year extension options (to be exercised at the sole discretion of DE) for provision of Products to stock approximately 85,000 Kinder Kits in 2026-29. It is intended that the panel will consist of approximately six Product suppliers.

Subject to the responses from the market, the panel that is established for delivery of Kinder Kit Products will include those providers whose Products are selected in 2024 (for 2025 Kinder Kits) and may also include suppliers that are not requested to supply Products for 2025 Kinder Kits. Importantly, suppliers appointed to the panel, through having the capacity, quality assurance processes and logistics pipeline to deliver Products within critical timelines, may have the opportunity to supply Products for 2026-29 Kinder Kits.

The DE Supplier Portal

The Department of Education’s Oracle Supplier Portal allows suppliers to access and respond to procurement opportunities from a number of Education portfolio entities.
