This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The Department of Infrastructure, Transport, Regional Development, Communications and the Arts is seeking to procure a supplier to assist with the following activities relating to the efficient operation of the department's intranet:
1. Review, update and test a revised information architecture for the department’s intranet site (levels 1 and 2 of the site are the primary focus for this work).
2. Provide advice and mentoring on potential improvements to our intranet content authoring model, our draft intranet content strategy, the intranet's document Resource Hub and the intranet's content governance.
