Tender Description
Council had awarded a contract for the construction of a Works Depot at Condobolin however the contract was terminated before the works were completed.
The purpose of this EOI is to establish a panel of Trade subcontractors and Suppliers to complete the project.
Successful applicants will be invited by the Construction Manager (yet to be appointed) to price particular components of the work to be carried out.
Assessment of prices for the various work components will be administered by the Construction Manager in accordance with Council's Procurement Policy FIN008 and Local Preference Purchasing Policy GEN005.
It is anticipated that the work will be carried out between September 2024 and August 2025.
