This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The Future Fund Management Agency (“Buyer”) is seeking to partner with an experienced matter management professional services and implementation provider (“Seller”) to assist in the implementation and ongoing software support of an enterprise matter management solution (“Solution”), including supporting the integration of the Solution with the Buyer’s key systems.
The Buyer is currently using a combination of systems and manual processes for matter management including Microsoft Outlook, Smartsheet, Open Windows, DocuSign, and Objective ECM. In this project the Buyer seeks to implement a centralised, single source of truth Solution to simplify and automate processes throughout a matter's lifecycle.
