This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The DVA is undertaking an enhancement of its primary website dva.gov.au.
An initial step to understanding the direction the new website should take - in terms of its usability and user experience, navigation and Information architecture - is to be determined through an expert review (including but not limited to a heuristic evaluation) of dva.gov.au via a research and discovery process (including interviews with stakeholders and user journey mapping) culminating in a report of a comprehensive nature to determine the current website deficiencies and strengths and include findings and IA recommendations (navigation taxonomies etc).
The goal is to enhance the website's usability, navigability, and overall user experience, ensuring that it meets the needs of its primary users efficiently and effectively.
Potentially, this will then be followed with an option to implement a second phase, the development of a related design system and associated design guidelines, based on satisfactory performance of the first section of work.
